Cancellations
We all know that plans change and that issues arise that mean that appointments need to be rescheduled. Mediation is by its nature quite hard to schedule since it involves at least three people, two of whom are having trouble communicating. So it is much more productive for all involved if sessions are not rescheduled if at all possible.

It is also a time that can be emotionally charged and rescheduling close to the appointment itself can be destabilising to the process. It is highly recommended that these appointments are treated as a priority.

With two working days notice, we can find another time with no charge.
Under 24h
If there is less than 24h before the scheduled appointment then the client cancelling will be liable to pay their share of the cost.
